Team Leader
The Team Leader will report to the Shift Supervisor and perform duties as assigned that include: meeting the daily manufacturing schedule, helping workers with specific duties, solving problems, and communicating daily manufacturing information to the production workers. The team leader needs to be familiar with machinery and equipment; able to trouble-shoot as necessary and as directed. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent follow through are required for this position. Experience needed in a fast-paced, flexible manufacturing environment; ability to work around hot pour perfumes and fragrances on a daily basis.
Seasonal Production Employees - 7pm to 7am
We are in our very busy season – and we need help! Duties: operate machines that pour, cap, label, and pack our cosmetic and skin care products. Must be honest, respectful, and reliable; be able to speak and understanding English, average reading and math skills and able to fulfill the physical job requirements. Must be able to be around hot pour perfumes and fragrances on a daily basis.
