 Our Compounders are responsible for making batches of our formulations. The ideal candidates will be quality-minded, dependable, have a positive and team oriented attitude, with strong problem solving abilities. Compounders ensure that all products are batched according to the manufacturing instructions provided.

The Compounder should have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience; demonstrated knowledge of basic chemistry or food science.  Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to lift 50-70 lbs; have normal hearing and vision with the ability to discern colors; above average reading and math skills; must be detail-oriented.  Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment is a plus.

Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator role will assist Supply Chain Management with the planning, operation, and control of materials management.  A primary function of the role is to act as liaison between the planning, purchasing and account management teams; must support raw materials and packaging planning, as well as production planning to help assure on-time deliver to our customers.  In this cross-functional role, the ability to work collaboratively, stay organized and communicate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a must.


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; with advanced level of Excel
  • Knowledge of Product Vision and S2K a plus
  • Proven mathematical and reasoning ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Education: College Degree or up to 4 years of related work experience.

Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer position will be responsible for representing the Quality Unit in ushering products and modifications from the concept stages, through to complete release to manufacturing. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for working closely with the packaging engineers, production and quality control. Additional responsibilities will include product, cleaning, and equipment validations, and quality systems responsibilities. Must be able to process technical documents and work cross functionally to assure all specifications are met and in accordance with each product’s needs.

This position will report to the Director of Quality and be an integral part of the team.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to multitask with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed.  Manufacturing background preferred but we are willing to train with comparable degree.  Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.  Knowledge of GMP regulations is preferred.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline.

Skills Required:

  • The flow of work and duties performed require above average mental and visual attention.
  • The ability to work in a team environment is a must. 
  • This position requires strong knowledge of processes, process optimization, quality, inspection methods, and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office equipment is required. 
  • Extremely organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.

Production Team Leader – E4 Shift

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm to 7am

The Team Leader will report to the Shift Supervisor and perform duties as assigned that include: meeting the daily manufacturing schedule, helping workers with specific duties, solving problems, and communicating daily manufacturing information to the production workers.  The team leader needs to be familiar with machinery and equipment; able to trouble-shoot as necessary and as directed.  Solid communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and excellent follow through are required for this position.  Previous experience in a GMP environment and Lean manufacturing would be a plus.

Mechanical Operator – E4 Shift

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm to 7am

Our Mechanical Operators work as line operators and also assist mechanics with setups, changeovers and preventative maintenance as assigned. Our ideal candidate is either a mechanic who is willing to work on the lines or a line operator who has strong mechanical inclination.  Must be able to perform exacting tasks by hand; lift 40-50 lb loads; stand and walk for 12 hrs/day; and have solid reading, math and computer skills.

Production Operators

E2 – Thursday, Friday Saturday, 7am to 7pm

E3 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7pm to 7am

E4 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm to 7am

Quality-minded, dependable individuals are needed to join our talented production team. 

Our ideal candidates must be reliable, honest and respectful; and possess sound reading and math skills. Prior experience in manufacturing and mechanical aptitude, a plus.

Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position; which includes the ability to lift 30 lbs or more; able to stand and walk for 12hrs/day; able to perform exacting tasks by hand.
