Inventory Control Analyst

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position serves as the primary coordinator for inventory in the Warehouse Department.  Compiles and maintains accurate records of quantity, type, and value of material, finished goods, merchandise, and supplies stocked in establishment.  This position also verifies on-hand inventory while investigating inventory issues or discrepancies for the organization.

The essential job functions and qualifications are as follows:

      
  • Manages cycle counts of material, finished goods, merchandise and supplies in stock, and posts totals to inventory records.  Investigates any large discrepancies to find cause and correction.  
  • Performs test audits from time to time to verify cycle counts and receipts in production facility and researches and resolves any variances.  
  • Compares inventories to system records, or purchase invoices to verify current inventory levels, highlight discrepancies and investigate and correct them.  
  • Audits clerical computations in batch records against finished products, initial any remaining inventory. Adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.  
  • Removes obsolete items from inventory and enters any internal and/or vendor rejections in ERP system.

Required and Preferred Skills:  

Experience working in inventory systems and warehouses, with proficiency in MRP and  MS Office and have the ability to operate a forklift.  Manufacturing experience is helpful along with the ability to prioritize multiple needs.

Mechanical Operator

Our Mechanical Operators work as line operators and also assist mechanics with setups, changeovers and preventative maintenance as assigned. Our ideal candidate is either a mechanic who is willing to work on the lines or a line operator who has strong mechanical inclination.  Must be able to perform exacting tasks by hand; lift 40-50 lb loads; stand and walk for 12 hrs/day; and have solid reading, math and computer skills.

Production Operators

E2 – Thursday, Friday Saturday, 7am to 7pm

E3 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7pm to 7am

E4 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm to 7am

Quality-minded, dependable individuals are needed to join our talented production team. 

Our ideal candidates must be reliable, honest and respectful; and possess sound reading and math skills. Prior experience in manufacturing and mechanical aptitude, a plus.

Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position; which includes the ability to lift 30 lbs or more; able to stand and walk for 12hrs/day; able to perform exacting tasks by hand.
