Account Manager

We need a talented self-starter to provide a wide variety of support for an assigned list of customers.  The Account Manager will work closely with external sales executives in transitioning new customers/products from external to internal status.  This position includes working with the development team and new product introductions, which includes timeline management, regularly scheduled project calls and meetings to ensure the projects are coming in on time and on budget. Work closely with the internal corresponding customer service representative to ensure orders are being delivered in a timely manner as required by the customer.  An understanding order management and related duties as well as addressing and solving customer issues.

 The successful candidate will have: a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/ appropriate experience; minimum of 5 years experience in customer care; successful project management skills a must; detail oriented; a multi-tasker; outstanding interpersonal/ communication skills; a team player who also succeeds while working independently.  Occasional travel required. 

Warehouse Associate

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this person will be responsible for making sure orders get picked correctly and deliveries get out on time.   The right candidate will have the ability to communicate well – both externally and internally; be a team player with a strong work ethic; ability to work productively and independently is essential.  Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized and have previous experience in all warehouse activities including inventory control, LTL shipping systems data entry, international shipping documentation process, lot/serial control and general reporting functions.  Experience in lean methodologies and operating a forklift a plus.

Team Leader

E3 Shift - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7:00pm to 7:00am

E2 Shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00am to 7:00pm

 The Team Leader will report to the Zone Supervisors and perform duties as assigned that include: meeting the daily manufacturing schedule, helping associates with specific duties, solving problems, and communicating daily manufacturing information to the production teams.  The team leader needs to be familiar with machinery and equipment; able to trouble-shoot as necessary and as directed.  Solid verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-taghsk and excellent follow through are all required skills for this position.  Previous experience in a GMP environment and Lean manufacturing would be a plus. 

 Mechanical Operator

Our Mechanical Operators work as line operators and also assist mechanics with setups, changeovers and preventative maintenance as assigned. Our ideal candidate is either a mechanic who is willing to work on the lines or a line operator who has strong mechanical inclination.  Must be able to perform exacting tasks by hand; lift 40-50 lb loads; stand and walk for 12 hrs/day; and have solid reading, math and computer skills.

Production Operators

E2 – Thursday, Friday Saturday, 7am to 7pm

E3 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7pm to 7am

E4 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm to 7am

Quality-minded, dependable individuals are needed to join our talented production team. 

Our ideal candidates must be reliable, honest and respectful; and possess sound reading and math skills. Prior experience in manufacturing and mechanical aptitude, a plus.

Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position; which includes the ability to lift 30 lbs or more; able to stand and walk for 12hrs/day; able to perform exacting tasks by hand.
