Business Innovations

This is a very "creative" marketing position that reports to our VP of Sales to support new business opportunities. This should be someone who likes to make things and who uses, enjoys or understands cosmetics and skin care! Will collaborate with R&D to service major accounts by creating strong visual and product concepts, recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines, and bringing the consumer voice into the development process. College Degree, 7 years experience in a marketing related field that includes creative development of programs, team player, solution oriented, excellent communication and presentation skills, able to discern colors and flavors, and strong project management skills. Must meet the physical requirements of the job and be willing to work in both our Bristol and Essex locations.

Weigher - 1st Shift

This position will train in our Bristol facility but will eventually work in our Essex facility.

We need someone to join our batching/weighing team who would be responsible for weighing and measuring the raw materials required for our batchers. This position includes: weighing out raw materials; inventory paperwork; and material handling in partnership with warehouse personnel. Essential job requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs. on a regular basis and 50 lbs. occasionally; able to work around hot pour perfumes and fragrances on a daily basis; able to work, stand and walk 8 hour shifts 5 days per week with occasional overtime; have normal hearing and vision with the ability to discern colors; have average or above reading and math skills; have basic computer skills, and be very organized and detail oriented.

R&D Cosmetic Chemist

Ideal candidate is someone with a college degree and a scientific background with at least three years experience in manufacturing or with emulsion, volatile and color formulations. A self directed and oriented person able to manage projects and communication with internal/external customers; able to work with hot pour perfumes and fragrances, and a proven team player with solid interpersonal skills.

Batchers

We have some openings on our Batching team. Batchers are responsible for handling raw materials, preparing batches to pre-determined specs, following procedures, and inspecting equipment. Ideal candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential job requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis and 70 lbs. occasionally; able to work around hot pour perfumes and fragrances on a daily basis; able to work, stand and walk 8 hrs/day; have normal hearing and vision with the ability to discern colors; have average reading and math skills; have basic computer skills, and be very organized and detail orientated.

Compounding - Assistant Supervisor

This newly created position will assist the team supervisor in directing and coordinating work load and employee issues so that work can be completed in an efficient and timely manner in the weighing and batching areas. Interacts directly with the scheduling team and production supervisors. It will often require timely, innovative thinking and actions. Minimum of 2 years in a team lead role, good communication and leadership skills, as well as excellent follow through. Must meet the phusical requirements of the job.
